Mission

My Mission is to help create a better world with mind health and how we live, a world change for the better.  There is so much inequality and unnecessary suffering, the solutions are already here, not somewhere in the future, so by creating a greater consciousness of awareness I have a belief that it can change, and I am doing my part to make that happen.  Now more than ever before the sharing of knowledge through technology, our mindset, gives us an opportunity to create change for the better.

About Me

I am a freelance consultant for NHS, public and private sector & community engagement, empowering organisation’s with business development and individuals with personal development.  I am also a film/theatre director & producer.

I am married with children whom I enjoy spending time with and exploring new adventures. I like to learn new things especially those that impact our world in a positive way and look out for innovation in all areas such as clean tech.

I have been fortunate enough to spend time in the voluntary public and private sectors giving me an experience and diverse insight. Using my skills in media communication and production, I have created films, theatre productions and training programmes for professionals and the wider public sometimes breaking down complex or taboo subjects such as mental health, child sexual exploitation bullying and inequality. I also develop programmes that empower and build self confidence with young people and adults. I have developed engaging pathways for communities and professionals to engage and interact in meaningful ways. I am passionate about implementing change that empowers individuals and organisations concerned with addressing a social good. I enjoy managing and developing projects and programmes that impact peoples lives in a positive and meaningful way.
