WHIS Ambassador John Joyce

John is the author of CookerySoS, a simple cook book to help many more cook from fresh food. Last year John attended the House of Commons to talk about his passion for fresh food and the benefits of it.

We all know the nutritional value fresh food supplies, its also the reason why John started cooking via the Ice Cold Chef around 10 years ago.

John’s wife (Bev) was diagnosed with Secondary Progressive MS and it soon became apparent that John would have to learn to cook and quickly.

The mix of fresh food along with a positive mind-set has seen the Ice Cold Chef attend numerous conferences and working closely with young/adult carers.

Always empowering carers and families to cook from ingredients we can all purchase and keeping it affordable.
