Andy Woodward was the first ex professional footballer to reveal historic sexual abuse in football. Since then over a thousand victims have reported similar abuse in football. During the past few months people from other sports and have the bravery and courage to report abuse across Europe. He is now passionately working with a vision to inspire others to speak out and educate the new generation of people to protect them from abuse. He wants this legacy to make a change around the globe to stop any abuse happening to vulnerable people and honoured to be part of the WHIS team and looks forward to working closely to support the cause.
